How we handle an inspection request.

Inspection requests

Montana Mold Dogs LLC is based in Dillon, Montana. When you submit an inspection request, we collect your name, email, phone number, property city or ZIP code, property type, approximate size, what prompted the request, and how you prefer to be contacted.

We use those details to reply, prepare a quote, and schedule an inspection of the property. We do not sell personal information.

Please do not include diagnoses, medical records, laboratory reports, or a medical history. We do not need them to inspect a building. If you include them anyway, we use that message only to respond to you. We do not send the text of your request to Google Ads or Analytics.

Advertising

If you arrive from an ad, we store the advertising click identifier (gclid, gbraid, or wbraid) and any UTM parameters with that lead. The site loads Google tag AW-18496431675 and Google Analytics G-2TMRZVVTCN. After the server accepts an inspection request, the confirmation page sends one conversion so the ad can be measured. That event includes a value and a transaction id. It does not include your message.

A tap on a phone link can send a phone_click event. That event is not used for bidding. Calls from ads are measured in the Google Ads account. After an ad click, the public pages may replace (406) 479-9664 and the phone link with a Google forwarding number. A call to that number can be measured. The tap itself is not the conversion.

What we do not do

Montana Mold Dogs provides property-inspection services and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Inspection findings and canine alerts do not establish that a property caused an illness. Questions concerning symptoms, diagnoses or medical testing should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
